Default Boom is strictly 4/4?

I've looked at old threads insinuating that Boom picks up the session meter, but I can't make that happen. No matter what meter I change the session too, the Boom instrument steps thru all 16 of its 16th notes every time. Am I doing something incorrectly, or just wasting my time trying?

thanks,
V

If you are using the preset patterns, then I believe there are all 4/4. (I don't recall any being in another meter...but I could be wrong). If you want to create a beat in another meter, then you can create it manually using the MIDI notes C1-D#2 for each kit part (C1 - Kick, C#1 - Snare, etc) instead of playing a preset pattern.

You part will play at whatever meter and tempo you set.
