Default I miss having a "sleep" function

I'm having so much fun with PTLE that I don't sleep or go to work anymore!

I'M KIDDING!

I have a dual533 G4 that was red-lining the CPU usage meter and freezing a lot until it was recommended I move a file:
"HD:SystemFolder:Extensions:Multiprocessing>>a nd there's only a file called Apple CPU Plugins. Moved it to new folder called 'disabled extensions'".

No more CPU lockups but also no more sleep function for the monitor (not the system/drive, I know not to do that). Has anyone found a workaround to get some blank screen function so I can watch JudgeJudy without all the bright pretty colors in the room?
thanx,
Dan

You must have one of them new-fangled monitors without a power button.
