Default Just upgraded from 9 to 10

Install went fine on Windows 7, however, when I go to set up and try to change buffer size, processors, or cpu usage, it will not let me change any of them. Anyone know why? Im really stumped here.

Also everytime I try to exit Pro Tools I get this error: could not complete the exit command because access violation occured, unable to read location: 0x2879616C.

Yea I re-did all of the optimizations this morning and it solved my hardware set up issue, but the exit error just kept on going. Remembered that I upgraded S Gear yesterday before installing PT 10. S Gear was a wrapped VST and the upgrade version was 64 bit and 32 bit. I upgraded to 64 bit by not paying attention to the instructions on the screen. That was the issue with the exit command. User error. Thanks for the response Bob, I really appreciate it. Merry Christmas!
