Artist Control not powering up

I have a black Artist Control (6 months old) and today the unit simply does not power up. The power cord (the black box) shows a green light but the unit is totally dead. Taking it back to the dealer but may be there is a "hidden" boot feature that can restore functionality?

Ask your dealer for RMA with AVID and they will replace a new one.
(don't accept a repair, your unit is in warranty and you can be replaced a new one, that's AViD warranty Policy)

It sound like a power failure. I 've had the same problem with my eupohinx control v2 and AVID kindly replaced within 1 day (because my dealer has stocks and is a official AVID dealer)
