G rack offer - can I use on TDM?

Hi all,

Being a bit dim, I just ordered the G rack bundle, before realising it said 'LE'.

As theres amost no info on the store page about what format these are, can anyone enlighten me as to if I'm going to be able to use these in TDM on HD?!

I presume they will be RTAS or AS, but I'm hoping they aren't HTDM as I dont think that works on HD TDM?

Hi Paul,

I don't think that G-rack comes with TDM installers for that Bomb Factory stuff. But I didn't use the those G-rack installers at all, but downloaded the corresponding TDM installers from DD's site. And the ilok authorizations I got from G-rack seem to work fine these TDM versions. So the answer to your question is: Yes you can!

Yup, it seems to be a loophole there in the system. The iLok authorizations amazingly work for the TDM versions as well... Noy so for the TL Sace. Thay have a separate authorization for the TDM version... Dont tell anyone.

Yup, it seems to be a loophole there in the system. Don't tell anyone. The iLok "RTAS" or "LE" authorizations amazingly work just as well for the TDM versions as well... Not so for the TL Sace, though, as they have a separate, different, authorization for the TDM version...

That's funny, I can't find that here in the States without buying the Maudio Blackbox thing... I don't want the maudio box, just the plugs...
