RX4 Monitor authorization issue
Hi,
I just upgraded my RX3 Advanced to RX4 Advanced. My understanding is that RX4 Monitor comes with the Advanced package to allow RX4 standalone to route audio through PT I/O in a similar way to DigiRewire. For some reason the RX4 Monitor plugin does not see my RX4 Advanced authorization key on my iLok and will only run in a 10 day trial mode. It says I need to go to the iZotope store and buy it but I don't even see it for sale there. All the other plugins in RX4 Advanced have correctly authorized. Has anyone experienced an issue getting RX4 Monitor to authorize? I have put in a tech support request with iZotope but wanted to see if anyone here has had any issues. I'm running PT 11.2.1 on Windows 7 - 64 bit. Thanks, David |

Re: RX4 Monitor authorization issue
I had the same problem with RX Monitor. The solution I got from Izotope tech support was to go ahead and authorize it when that window pops up. Then, uncheck the box that says to use iLock; hit submit and it should work.
