VVTR vs VVTRPro
Is anyone using VVTRPro as opposed to the regular (much cheaper) VVTR? Why--what is the Pro version doing for you that the regular version doesn't?

Re: VVTR vs VVTRPro
Taking your money? I am ex-mTools user and would avoid all that overpriced buggy crap that come from Gellery.

Re: VVTR vs VVTRPro
I must defend Mark Gilbert here; VVTR is a superb piece of software which - in our facility - has never caused a problem. We use the VVTR Pro version which adds some extra functionality like ADR beeps, streamers, graphic overlay (for timecode), etc. Check out their website for a detailed comparison between VVTR & the pro version.
We also have other Gallery software here which has worked without major problems over the years. In the last five years, when a problem was discovered Mark would respond extremely quickly. Maybe some of Gallery's software might have been buggy in the OS9 ear but I do not know bugs in VVTR these days... cheers! Barnier
