upgrade from m powered 7.0 to 8.0
I want to know the Version Backward Compatibility between protools m-powered 7.0 and 8.0
I want to know if I update to protools 8, will I have some problems to recover my older protools 7.0 sessions (that are not finished) or is all the informations including the tracks will going to be inserted directly in the protools 8 sessions without any problems. Do you have any tips for installing the new version

You can use the old sessions without any problems.
Read this General Troubleshooting before upgrading to 8.0.
