Have you looked into the possibility that plug-ins could be the culprit here?
If not, then try moving all but Avid plug-ins from the Plugins folder and see if it helps.

You can also try running with Built-In Audio as the playback engine and seeing if you can get crashes to happen there as well, that will help show if HDX (or the HDX side of plugin processing is an issue or not).

There is lots of other standard troubleshooting to do, starting with trashing prefs and testing with a new empty session, start at the "Help Us Help You" up top of each DUC web page. You may have tried all that, but we can't guess.

If you want more help here it would help if you reported the exact AAE error message, or whatever else is happening.

I've re-install PT 10.3.10 "Pro_Tools_10_3_10_Mac_84129" for HDX
Restart PT with the basics plug-ins = OK
Then add one by one until I add Steven Slate VMR.... then crash, after I found earlier version on them site install it = no change = crash
I have a support ticket at Slate but they can't help a lot for the moment
They have the list of all version I've used.
I check the driver version it's "HD_Driver_11_3_1_Mac_84149"

PS: I'm on PT from the Nubus Mac system V3

I can only speak for our studio, but removing all Slate has helped significantly with stability here.

Thats weird ss we use the Everything Bundle on ALL our sessions and the Slate stuff works great here. Yes we are Macs only here. Maybe that is a reason why we afe all good and some windows users I seen have issues ?!

Agreed. My memory is that the v10 installer includes the driver. The driver install was separate beginning with v11.
