Default Plug In Black Screen

Good day to you all. I'm struggling with my Addictive Drums 1 plug in. I just downloaded the Latest Pro Tools 2018.7.0 update, Pro Tools recognized the plug and it appears on my instrument inserts, however when I select it the Window is pitch black (like in the picture attached) Also I have tried to open previous sessions where i used the plug in and it won't work. I have tried contacting the team over at XLN Audio, but they don't seem to see a problem regarding their software.

I appreciate your help.

Update your graphic driver if that's an option.

You might have to search that on Google because I use Windows

It won't let me update because it says everything is up to date. So the graphic driver was not the problem. Thanks anyways!

And reach out to XLN for support/help. It may be as simple as some setting, or you might need to update Addictive Drums to the newer version 2

Reinstall Addictive Drums.

The graphic framework they use was most likely broken when you did the update. This has happened before with other plugins. A reinstall fixes this (you don't have to reinstall the content though.)

Did you get it to work?
I'm having the same issue on my new Mac.
And it seems like XLN audio doesn't have an upgrade from version 1 to 2 anymore.
