x9blade, thanks for the info. Do you know if they are going to fix the problem for good? Meaning, are they going to fix the fix before anyone else downloads the file? Or, do each of us have to call their support for the second fix? Thanks again, Jason

Hey Jay long time no see . i hope you and family are doing well. I don't know what the details are as of yet concerning the new PT7 update installer. i think they had a side note posted on their website.Are you having problems installing the update?

when i was on the phone with waves tech they were able to reproduce the problem and had a fix in under 20 minutes. contact me via email if you need more info. take care.

Hey x9blade, family is doing great. Thanks so much for asking. I have not upgraded yet. I saw your post and was concerned because I have some Waves 5.0 software. I guess I'll see what happens when I do get the upgrade. I'm glad to hear that your PC is still going strong. Talk to you soon, Jason
