Can't access my product download page

I've just installed the 12HD update and when I logged in on the Avid website to see if the new plugins were there I found that the product download page has disappeared.
When I click on 'My Products and Subscriptions' it says 'Upgrade and Support Plan for Pro Tools | HD Software (12 Months) (Card)' and the System ID and Ilok ID areas are blank.
I realise that the new plugins aren't available yet but why can't I get to the downloads for the products I've already got?

Anyone have any thoughts? Just wanted t avoid contacting Avid if possible.
