Avid Changed My Software License Please Help

Hi, I haven't logged into or used my Pro Tools M Powered 8 in over a year. Feeling inspired I decided to boot up and update the drivers.

Once I logged in I noticed that the registered software version is not what I had purchased from Guitar Center.

It is showing I own a Pro Tools LE 7.1 or something and not the M Powered 8 that I purchased.

What's the problem? I can't get Pro Tools to run and I can't get the updates I need due to the non voluntary change to my purchase software. Also the license / System Id number????(Not sure what that is) to what I have and what Avid is showing will never match.

Also I have to pay to talk to Technical Support for a changed I didn't make.

Has anyone dealt with a change like this before?

The license for M-Powered is on an iLok key. Do you have that plugged in?

Not sure about what is showing in your account.

Also you should know that until Dec. 31st 2014, you can upgrade to Pro Tools 11 for only $199
