Default Lost MP9 disc

I lost my installation disc for Pro tools M-powered 9, Could someone please inform me on how to replace this disc or where I can find a download? thank you

If you registered it, I think you should be able to download it from the AVID download center:http://www.avid.com/US/support/downloads

Thanks for the response Joel. I have registered it but pro tools doesn't appear on that downloads page

it also says

I clicked that link, then one for "audio customers" There doesn't seem to be any support for my country there so I'm going to try emailing the UK at [email protected]

So one question - did you register the product?

B/c Joel is right you should be able to download it right now if you did register

I just checked the avid store and they are not selling replacement disks for MP9

Anyway if u can't log into ur account you might try eBay

If you bought on the store then you should be able to enter your My Account at account.avid.com and snag it. Email me off forum and I can check for you.

I can log in. I entered the details printed on the yellow card the came with my MP9 on this page

and it says it's registered, I double checked it.

This is what's displayed on the download center for me



unless, pro tools is listed under a different name?

This may or may not apply. Have you tried scrolling W A Y down the page? When I went looking for my stuff I had to scroll way down.

That is the Pro Video Download Center you are accessing. Bruce also checked and you bought a boxed version and not a store download. So... No download would be in your avid account.

You need to contact Avid Support to have them send them a download link. PT LE and HD customers can order a replacement DVD on the Avid store, but not M-Powered.
