Video freezes on playback Protools LE 7.4
When importing .mov video into protools and pressing play the video freezes on the frame, I am unable to play video in Protools. What is the correct format the quicktime movie should be for playback in protools?
Quicktime Player Version 10.0 (128) Model Name: Mac mini Model Identifier: Macmini3,1 Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Speed: 2.26 GHz Number Of Processors: 1 Total Number Of Cores: 2 L2 Cache: 3 MB Memory: 2 GB Protools 7.4 LE O.S 10.6.2 Mbox 2 mini

what CODEC and resolution is the mov?
both can be found by using Inspector in Quicktime
