Cons of PC-Mac Enforcing?

Hi:
I'm wondering which are the cons of using Mac-Pc enforcing. I guess there must be some, as it exists as an option to stablish or not. I don't see why it is fully implemented, without any consulting, unless there is a con. The pro is obvious, of course.

There is no con IMO - however if you want to use sd2 files.. then you can't be cross platform compatible.

The only thing I can think of is the fact that you won't be able to use many characters (the "illegal" ones) such as : /-#&+!? etc etc... This means you won't be able to name an audiofile using those characters or to import audiofiles using such characters... This is particulary annoying for us, french guys, since we're using a lot of "é à " characters... You won't get that in english of course.
Otherwise using this option is pretty safe.

Imagine Hebrew with PT even worse.
Though here we use only english so we write the language in Hebrish (Westren Characters).

Still remember that it's better to keep it running just incase... also SD2 limits SR.
