Waves demo problem
Man this stuff can be frustrating. I was hoping to download the demo of the SSL bundle. I have a valid and working ilok account. Created an account with waves. Chose the SSL for demo download, enter ilok id and then get zip.
Message is "The remote name could not be resolved...................." ilok is complete fine and functional Has anyone else had issues getting the demo to work? There are no support options unless you have already purchased the product. Why help someone considering to buy the product. Frustrating, how knows, probably user error on my part  Cheers B

Can you verify you have supplied the correct iLock login password? Waves should then be able to transfer you trial authorization.

You did go to ilok.com and download the demo auth on to your ilok?
Sorry if it's a stupid question.
