Ilok zero downtime- problem

I tried to purchase zero downtime for my Ilok. Everytime I fill out the form, I get an error message stating that I've used an incorrect state code (Is there a new code for New York other than "NY"?????) There is no tech support/contact info on the Ilok website. However, you can PURCHASE a tech support email for $25!!! Anybody else experience this with Ilok? Anybody know how to contact Ilok? Suggestions?
