Problems with HEDD192 as H/W Insert

I have a HEDD192 as a hardware insert on my master buss and am having some problems. HEDD does work, but;

1. Every plugin in the chain after HEDD does not work.

2.When HEDD is enabled, it kills the metering on the master fader.

Must be something in the settings, but I can't figure it out!

I'm running the HEDD thru the S/PDIF on UA Apollo 8 Quad. It works just fine, but cancels every plug I put in after it in the chain on the Master track.

Clear screen shots showing plugins/inserts any related tracks, sends etc.
screenshots of the bus and output IO pages may also help.

When you say the HEDD works... You are clearly hearing its processing effects back in Pro Tools? And moving the master fader up and down changes the level of what you are hearing? All the way down mutes all output?

You are sure what you are hearing is really coming through this master fader, there is not another path/master fader maybe hidden?

What exact cables are connected to exactly what connections on the boxes?

Thanks, but I got it figured out. Output settings were wrong.
