Actually it is 5 weeks and 4 days here so you should have similar. 4 weeks was a long time ago here in sweden and if they would take away the extra 9 days here sweden would be burning

Well, if it is 5 weeks and 4 days, that is 29 WORKING days by my count. Seems Finland may have us beat, Chris... I know nothing about paid vacation. Have not had one single such day in 51 years.

Many sales have just ended or will be ending in a matter of hours, like IK Amplitube, iZoptope’s Creative plugins and Plugin Alliance’s Week 2 sales.

However, I’m sure this is a little bit of smoke and mirrors as they would be gearing up for the big weekend. In the case of PA I think they will be likely to open up this months sales again, plus offer a few extra discounts.

I'm wondering what the 4 mystery plugins for week 4 are going to be? Especially the $299 one marked down to $99 (I'm hoping it's the Elysia Master Comp). I would be surprised (and honked off) if they open up the previous sale prices as I already used my voucher.

Oh that’s a nice compressor indeed.

I think we can safely eliminate the Weeks 1-3 plugins. Although, they might reappear again for week 4, who knows. I am keeping my eye out for that $300 plugin too, that would be a killer bargain, especially with my voucher.

That, too is a great compressor. Although, the metering can be a bit deceptive.

If you’re processing lightly it may not even register and so it tends to make you a little uncertain on whether it’s actually doing its job or whether you are hearing a bit of the placebo effect.

I think a nice tweak to it would be to introduce a custom calibration. The compressor on the whole sounds really nice, as with the Alpha. Apparently it has an insane “thwack” thing about it, so I’ve heard. I’ve haven’t gotten around to trying it in parallel, but I’m sure the effort will be worth the reward.
