Entered on: 9/26/2017 11:45 AM Entered by: Osamu Kawabe Hi Will, Thanks for making contact with Avid Customer Care. We are sorry for inconvenience. Our development team is aware of the issue: PT-233024 Right-click > Separate option does not work (new to PT 12.6) It is planned to be fixed in the next update of Pro Tools. Please use " Command + E " short cut as a workaround till the issue is fixed. Thanks, Osamu AVID problem is that this protools 12.8 and still not fixed when is the next update?

Re: right click select whole clip when trying to cut it
You don't use an edit pencil - no such thing. Got to your user CP (control panel)and select the 'edit signature' tab on the left side of the page. In the right side which is about 80% of the page is a section titled 'edit signature'. Just click your mouse in there to place the cursor where you want to add/delete/change things and type away. You can preview your signature before saving it. It's that simple.
