hmmm....no game?

I know everyone would think that Im asking too much for my problem, but I cant play DirectX supported games anymore since I installed Digi and PT. By switching the preffered soundcards properly in the system,however,other apps works just fine.Except DirectX suppoorted games...
I did change the VGA drivers and all but it never fixed the problem. Then I tried install the graphic board from a scrach with the Digi card removed, the way doesnt work either.
So there is anybody who has had the same problem as I have before and knows how to fix the problem, please let me know what to do!!
By the way, I use Via chipset with the latest 4in1(4.29) and Gforece2MX(AGP).

Try creating then using different hardware profiles. I have not had a single problem playing games on my system. Also i would not recommend using the 001 as the sound device in games. I would recommend disabling the 001 in your game hardware config, and then disable your sound card in your protool config. look up hardware profile in the search and you should find all the information you need.
