Vocalign - DV Toolkit 2 Version - Problems.

We are having issues with Vocalign. I have tried multiple installs and multiple
use accounts.

The Plug in loads just fine.
The problem is capturing the audio. It doesn't actually capture any.
I have tried the troubleshooting steps in the PDF manual.
Nothing has worked.

Am I Missing something?

This is Protools 7.3.1 / DVtoolkit for 7.3 / 17inch Intel iMacs, 2GB ram / OSX 10.4.8 / mBox2

Has ANYONE seen this before?
Help!!
