10.10.3, and PT12.1 (not 12.2 as I stated before)

Mac OSX.9.5 with PT11.3.2 and Mac OSX.10.4 with PT12.2.1 and WS Control 2.0.1 on 12 core Mac Pro "cheese grater" last gen. Also have sure I have seen this under Mac OSX.8.5 with PT10.3.10 although totally unsupported. Hope this helps. Can confirm Soft Keys work in this state and refresh to normal state by simply paging and no reboot required.

Will try to update thread title when not on iPhone...

Eddie, just to let you know, that I reseted my SOFT KEYS to factory default and the problem persists.

I think we found and fixed this. It will be in v2.1 and the next beta 3 of this.
