mac finder icons being rearranged PT11

Anybody have the icons in icon view in the finder rearranged after using 11.1.2??
As soon as I open a session in pt 11.1.2, the finder icons are rearranged in the finder window. the finder window is set to show by "icon", no sort or arrangement set in prefs...I always have the icons arranged manually.

No such issues here on the system in my sig file. I even tried different sorting variations and no change in order or placement of icons. Then again I never pay attention to or use the Finder for my daw work; I have what I need in the Dock and if I need something from the Applications folder that's not in the Dock I just use the Applications folder that's already in the Dock (and I run a lean Dock with just the essentials I use on a daily basis).

Or are you talking about opening a PT session from a session folder (you're not clear if that's the case)? If so then yes, things get moved around because a pair of folders are created (Clip Groups and Video Files) when a session is opened and then get deleted when the session is closed.

Generally I will open a session by double clicking it in the finder. today, after doing so, the icons were moved into a alphabet. sort order in icon view after opening a session file. (I will have multiple sessions in one folder, i use "date" stamping for a historic safety) Then after rearranging them to my liking, the os rearranged them again... I manually rearranged them again, NO icon sorting happened. I tried to reproduce the auto sorting 5 more times, NO AUTO SORTING!!! argh!!!! very bizzar...This issue only seems to happen in pt 11
