"Flip" problem with ProControl
Hello:
Sometimes when I use the "Flip" mode to ride aux sends via the faders my session will crash. I know there's a fix for this. But I've searched and cannot find it. Please help? Thank-you.

I suppose you didn't search well enough
 It is on page 6 of this section, the title of the thread is 'Pro Control and PT10, send causes crash 'See http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=313751 Anyway, the trick is not to use send names that are longer then 8 characters

This really should be a sticky on this forum, as it drove me completely nuts for a while too, having the same problem as you! Considering there's so many pro controls out there being bought today on the used market, I think this question is becoming way and way more relevant as people are snatching up TDM systems because the price!
