Pro Tools 5.01 TDM is SHIPPING!

If you are already registered for Pro Tools 5.0, we are pleased to announce that you will
receive the update to 5.01 TDM free of charge. It will take us about 2 weeks from this posting to duplicate masters and assemble the update kits, and about 2 weeks after that for the mailing facility to get them out to you.

If you are a registered user and interested in purchasing an upgrade to Pro Tools 5.01 TDM, we will be offering upgrades for sale as soon as the free kits (above) have been issued to our current 5.0 base. That is to say, we expect to be able to start taking orders in approximately 2 weeks.

Please note that people who purchased 5.0 TDM for Mac but who are registered as NT users
will receive the NT update. If you are an NT user and are concerned that you may not have
registered as such, please call us at 650-842-6698. Otherwise, again, there is no need to call; all registered 5.0 TDM users will receive their update automatically via the above mailing.

But where is my Ampfarm and my Channelstrip?
I bought and registered 5.0 NT in the beginning of March.
That´s 14 weeks ago.

And where´s the MP3 Export option for NT?

MP3 Export Option for Pro Tools NT and LE for Windows 98 is included on the 5.0.1 CD as a fully functional 30 day demo. (it requires version 5.0.1)
The $19.95 paid version should be up on the web store at www.digidesign.com/store in the next few days. (I'm working on getting it to the vendor today)

You need to contact Customer Service regarding your MIXpack plug-ins. That seems like way too long a time.
