Readable CD-Audio on each CD player
I still have the problem that some CD players don't play my Audio CDs, even if I use Masterlist CD or Jam with my Yamaha CDR 400. Especially my studio CD player from Yamaha refuses often, whether I use single or double speed. I also changed CD-Rs from Fuji blank to BASF ceramic and others. The most repeatable problem ist that only ID 1 is recognized the other ones be ignored. For me it seems like voodoo, can't explain myself where the fault is. Any suggestions?
Thanks. Mark

Re: Readable CD-Audio on each CD player
Hi Mark, are you burning different sessions?
As far as I understand it CD audio players will only recognise the first session (which of course can be many tracks burnt in the same (first) session either in track-at-once or disc-at-once mode). So always "write disc" not "write session". Good Luck |

Mark
Is the firmware version of your CDR-400 compatible with MLCD? Does writing an image file before burning make any difference? Marcus |
