Default Contacting Support for New Subscription

So I lost my iLok and reported it as lost. This friday morning I was told that I would have my code by the end of the day after explaining that I needed it to finish a project for Monday. Can anyone tell me if Avid will send me the new subscription code over the weekend when the support hours are closed? It would save me a lot of energy worrying about it.

Do you have ZDT/TLC with iLok? That's going to be your first order of business, Avid may send a code, but you need to inform iLok. No one's just going to give you an 'extra' license just beacuse you lost your iLok. You need to have the proper iLok insurance (ZDT/TLC)

Otherwise, we can all just claim lost iLok's and get PT's licenses at our leisure.

I was told by an avid support member that they would have it by the end of the day. I'm not sure about ZDT/TLC though, I was given the copy from LA Film School. My question, to be more specific, is does avid work on this type of issue over the weekend or will I have to wait until monday having already done what I needed to do to get it friday. The support team says "24-38 hours" but also that it would be done by the end of friday. I'm not sure if they really know.

Have you checked your iLok account? Your licenses were deposited 2/19 and are waiting to be activated to your new iLok2.

Avid, thank you. It would've been easier if there was an email confirming this like the 7 support emails I received. Thank you for your help, I can finish my work now!
