Default Head phone mixes

Here's my question and dilema:

I have a Berhinger headphone pre-amp that distributes 4 different headphone inputs. My questions is:

1. How do I raise the drums, guitar, bass, vocals, etc. to each individual headphone input without effecting everyone's levels?

2. My problem now is that when I turn up the guitar or bass it effects everyone's levels.

I appreciate all the feedback.

RM

Chris is right. For more details try searching the DUC for this topic. I have seen it covered here very extensively before. Try searching the HD section as well.
