Default Any Idea what this means?

When I try to rename a region I've just made into a file, on the track, I get this error. I can click OK and go on with the session but what does it mean and how can I cure it? Thanks

Neo Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/ws.ProTools_9.0.6/AlturaPorts/SDKs/
Neo61/Libraries/MacIntosh/Environments/Alone/../../../../Source/CNeolOBlock.cpp",line 792
