It's worth it... search and find a thread where we were discussing it. I've had mine for a about year and it's really nice. Everyone focuses on the pre's but I'm very impressed with the tweak's on the DA and the clocking with the MicroClock. I do a lot more mixing and mastering and it totally opened things up and took out the fatiguing "low quality" digital stuff.
