Default help! midi setup!

hey guys,

i can't find my manual, can someone please walk me through a quick midi setup?

i have always used the analog i/o, never midi.
i understand the concept of how the midi time clock works, i just don't how to set it up?

can anyone please help?

i have 1 korg triton, g4, 001.
that's it, just 1 midi device.
