Default Failed download in Application Manager

I'm unable to update to the latest version of the application manager. Please see the attachment. Mind you my "AvidDownloads" folder is empty. How do I recover from this? I'm in an endless loop.

Thank you.

Just log into your Avid account and download from there. I much prefer this way and do not have the application manager installed.

Updated the links in http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/d...cation-Manager to the current version so you can download from there and install, then Sync Account and go from there...
