Default Elastic Audio

Good morning,
Using PT2018.1 on a Windows rig. 16 gig ram, i7... When I open a session, why would the tempo have changed and not only that, but the key of the song has changed as well, for the entire session?? I didn't think the key would change ever.. I've got the Chipmunks singing, and I don't remember them coming in for an audition!

Usually caused by PT opening with a different sample rate than the session was recorded at. Its not supposed to happen but sometimes it does. Go to options and make sure/change to correct sample rate. some times it shows the sample rate wrong too. trash prefs etc

Do you have EA enabled by default for every track? An option in preferences.

If so, perhaps it's an EA bug.

Never had a sample rate issue here.. perhaps cause the Apollo 8 is master and just adapts to whatever SR i saved a session at, but whatever the reason, definitely haven't experienced that.

Tempo change sounds like EA issue.

(of course I could be completely wrong).

Tempo and pitch change together is almost certainly a clocking issue.
