How to switch on auto-renew?

Hi

I have "Pro Tools with Annual Upgrade Plan" (Perpetual Product). I manually renew it each year but have had problems with the web store and I want to move to auto renewal.

However, the products page does not present an option/switch to enable/disable auto renewal. [I also have "Pro Tools | HD Annual Upgrade and Support Plan" (Perpetual Product) which does have the auto renew switch.]

Is there some way to enable auto renew?

I believe auto-renewal is an option for products purchased from the Avid webstore. Customers that purchase from a reseller would typically go back to that same reseller to buy a renewal. Good news is that you can renew any time during the plan's term (up to 30 days after expiration). That adds a year to the end of the term so there's no loss in renewing early. Hope this helps.
