That's between you, iLok and the various vendors who's licenses you're seeking to restore. iLok offers theft and loss protection for a reason, unfortunately.

I've written to iLok already and they blocked my old key. I know, that i need to connect Avid tech support or license support now, but can't find anywhere the email.

I'm not sure any vendor will agree to deposit a new replacement license into your iLok account if you haven't even reported the theft to the police. They'll probably want a theft report reference as confirmation.

It may help that iLok have blocked your old iLok, but only if the person who stole is stupid enough to try to synchronise it online. As long as they continue to use it without doing that the ilok will continue to work, whether or not iLok have blocked it, so I doubt you'll get replacement licenses on the stength of that.

I know its easy to be wise after the event, but as others have said, that's why iLok theft and liss coverage exists. When you sign up to that, your iLok has to be refreshed online at least every 90 days, or it stops working. That way, vendors are happy for new replacement licences to be issued if your iLok is lost, stolen or broken, because the old one will stop working after a maximum of 90 days anyway.

That way, long term, there will still only be one license per purchase working out in the world. Whereas without loss and theft coverage, it is possible for the lost/stolen iLok and the replacement one both to be in use, even though only one license was purchased.
