Default Renewed Activation, but showing 'Expired' in iLok and 'Not Activated' in App Manager

Hey everyone,

I have used Pro Tools for 8 years now... I can't say I have ever been this frustrated with Avid.

-My Pro Tools 12 plan is set to auto-renewal, which was scheduled for this month. When I attempt to launch Pro Tools, it says my license is expired and will not launch.
-Application Manager recognizes my existing subscription but shows 'Not Activated' under the Licensing tab.
-iLok License Manager has my Pro Tools licenses greyed out and showing expired.

However, the Avid website (which is an endless circle back to pages that were previously unhelpful and vague about resolving issues) shows my Pro Tools annual subscription to be 'Active'.

I guess I need help from Jeffro.

Hi logan ! Did you tried synchonizing the ilok ?

Yes I did attempt synchronizing. No luck.

I see that your licenses were redeposited through your support case. Please activate those licenses (using iLok License Manager) and reply to your case notice email if you need additional assistance. Thanks.
