Upgrade from Protools 10 HD to 12 Problem

Hi everybody this is my first thread here hope you all doing good
Well I work on a surround post production studio and we had protools 10 hd working for almost 5 years ,lately we wanted to upgrade to Protools 12 hd ,but the company we are dealing with sent us protools 12 activation card (not HD) we entered the activation and when I opened ilok license manager I found all the old 9 HD ,10 HD licenses gone , the problem is that we are working on a project now and its a surround mix , how we can restore the old 10 hd licence form avid website

If it was a Pro Tools Upgrade Plan Reinstatement that should have provided a 10/11/12/Perpetual bundle. Will look into this and reply via support case.
