Default Mercury Extreme [email protected] upgrade. Any \"Issues\"?

I have a Quicksilver 867 running PT LE 5.2, OS 9.2.

I would like to install the Mercury Extreme [email protected] but need to make sure I'm not putting my foot into a big mess. Are there any know issues?

I've search the DUC but no results. It was the guy at OWC that gave me the ''heads-up'' that there may be some noise created by the newer processor.
