Default MP8 VS MP9 Aux Send

Sorry to post again my header was missleading, Is there a way to delete that thread ?

In version 8 I had found an I/O setting for Aux out, I was going to try using this to send to aux 4 on my Mackie onyx 1620i to use an external effect.

I upgraded to ver 9 and now there is nothing in the I/O setup for aux send.

What I want to do is send the signal after is is recorded to a analog effect and have it return into protools.

Any idea how to make that happen? Is insert how to make it work, if so then is there a corollation between Aux numbers and Insert numbers.

Thanks
Jim
