Waves 5.9 Enabler... How to uninstall

Hi guys and girls,
I just recently demo'd the Waves SSL plugins and now I have trouble with the Waves 5.9 Enabler for intel macs.
I get a dialog screen asking to renew or quit. When I chose quit PT fales to launch (1/10 times) but Logic 8 will not load at all?

Does anyone know what I need to do, besides do all my MIDI in Tools!

My system is:
24" iMac (intel)
2.8GHz, 2gig RAM
MBox2 with PT 7.4 & MP tool kit.

Any help hear would be great!!
