Default Hard drives?

Ha sorry for this third post in a day, but i am still setting up and have lots of questions. Ok so as far as hard drives how much memory do I need for the program and how much for the audio? Also i have a 500 gb mybook usb 2.0 right now and was wondering if that would work for putting pro tools on.

Pro Tools gets installed to your MAIN (usually C:) or SYSTEM drive, the secondary hard drive is for recording/playback. And no, USB won't work. The SIZE of the drive depends solely on hoiw many sessions you intend to have on it. What's more critical is that it's a 7200-rpm drive.

The MyBook USB drive will only be appropriate for backing up your sessions not for running them. Pro Tools software must be installed on to your system drive

A Seagate FireWire/eSATA drive would do the job nicely. I have one, just can't get PTLE to install.

Yes, everything's fine...except I can't get Pro Tools to run.
