Application Manager does not sync
Hi,
we have a valid license for HD Ultimate updates. But the Application Manager does not show us the updates which are avaiable. The last version is PT 2018.12 and there is no update avaiable. Logging out and logging in has not solved the problem. Maybe someome knows a hint? Kind regards Michael |

Go to your Avid.com account and download the update you want.
Application Manager was always a mess, lots of folks here have been recommending for a long time that it be uninstalled. You could have followed that advice. And Avid Link that replaces Application Manager is better, but still has issues, I would uninstall that as well. Uninstaller for all that crap is installed with it on your system. This has been answered several times recently on DUC. You would have found those posts with a search. |
