Pro Tools with Dell XPS 8700 Desktop PC Intel Ci7-4790 16GB
I'm wondering if anyone is using Pro Tools on a Dell XPS 8700 Desktop PC Intel Ci7-4790 16GB system. Any feedback on how it works with any PT version would be appreciated. I was running PT LE on my Dell M-440 duo core laptop for about a year and it worked fine...then, a couple months back it would no longer export the audio files and just lock up. So, considering a new computer, and the XPS 8700 certainly looks to have the horsepower. I want the option to upgrade to a full version of Pro Tools, (with the ability to export .mp3, etc.) as well as the other features the full version offers. So again, if anyone is using this system, please share your experience. Thanks!
