7.3 pending?????

I can't see the Protool HD7,3 license on my iLok account!! wtf?! Digidesign has already taken my money for the upgrade.
The Digistore tells me the following:

Why is it "PENDING" ?! I want the freakin' 7,3 license transfered to my iLok account! asap

It's impossible for me to even open Protools now! Don't tell me that I have to go back to 7,2.......

so tempting to install the upgrade BEFORE actually having downloaded the ilok asset - I salivated at the thought. luckily, saner minds prevailed and I'm still running 7.2 while waiting for the f**^&*%*ing asset to show up

I was so greedy to get the 7.3 Update, that I tried to get it four times in the online Store,but after the Store took my CC data it never closes the order and after more than 30Minutes "please wait" I canceled the transaction. After getting into my Store Account I saw 4 orders completed, but I need just one and for the one I haven't got any iLok asset. Also today there was no German Support at Digi available to cancel the other three orders.
Also I'am eligible to receive a LE Update for free and hope that Digi will not take two weeks for sending me a Mail.

I'm in the same boat.
After confirming the transaction on the DigiStore the final page stalled. When I went to my account history, it showed the transaction as 'pending'. This lasted for around 7 hours.
It's now completed, but I've still not received the iLok assets
