Another video quirk

Updated to 2019.10, and kept getting video sync errors.

Traced it to my AJA Gen10 set to 1080psf - 23.976 which I have been set to since the dawn of 23.976 back when we did machine laybacks.
Switched the Gen10 to 1080p - 23.976 output, and error went away.

Protools does not have a 1080psf sync option.

Why now??
