Default Post trouble

Hi. Why is that when I try to post a problem with the full information including codes that Avid have sent when my PT 12.4 malfunctions I get access denied on Duc, but if when I put up a test post with no reference to the information or codes sent by Avid I post successfully. If I subsequently try to post the access denied message and codes on Duc I get access denied again?

Perhaps the full information is not supposed to be made available for everyone? It seems like you're trying to create a support case, and this is a wrong way to do it.
