Default Insufficient Memory Available -108

I just purchased the Complete Production Toolkit 2, downloaded and installed the DMG, and added the iLok license. I launch PT9 and get an Insufficient Memory message when starting a Blank session. If I try to open an existing session PT crashes. Any ideas?
