"Renew Support" option is missing from a current Annual Upgrade Plan [SOLVED]
Hi,
I have Perpetual Product. My Upgrade Plan ends Oct 05, 2017. When it can be renewed at the earliest. Currently my account does not appear renew button. Is there a problem that point in the autumn when I try to renew it. Many thanks Mika |

The Renew option should be available within your product if the Upgrade Plan is active (plus a 30 day grace period) and can be renewed any time (extends your plan by a year). If you are missing this option please start a support case from my.avid.com > Access The Support Center > Equipment

I have a perpetual license to PT 12, which will expire March 28, 2017 as I renew the annual plan as it disappeared from my account the links to update my annual plan? Does anyone have this kind of problem .. have disappeared by the renewal plan fields from my account avid ... WHY 'Ca..o You never can figure out what the hell combine the avid site always change something in the settings without notifying users...

I had the same issue and opened a support case to get it corrected.

Renewal Loop??
My Annual Upgrade Plan is about to expire in one month from now,and i thought t o renew it now rather than last time..BUT..seems that i when go this page

My link is missing as well. Another hurdle to bother tech support with, after not being given my new ilok files for 12.7 I finally get it sorted, and agree to pay my AVID tax but I can't.

I renewed 02/23/2017 via Sweetwater and as of today 03/08/2017 ... half month later I STILL have no help from Avid. NO RESPONSE on submitted case yet. Sweetwater techs can't fix it. My Avid account continues to show EXPIRED! My iLok can't be activated. I don't have an email from Avid support to even acknowledge my case submission. If the issues are that bad with Avid, simple communication would help me with my patience.
